WE CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY

The health and safety of our congregation and team is our utmost priority.

We are adhering to all of the ACT Health information & advice, and have put into place additional safety measures as a responsible organisation and community.

WILL I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND A PHYISICAL GATHERING?

You will need to check in via the "Check In CBR" QR code on arrival to any LifeUC service, event or program on entry into the building as mandated by ACT Health.

WHO WILL I BE ABLE TO SIT WITH DURING THE SERVICE?

People from the same household will be able to sit together. People from different households will be required to maintain the mandatory 1.5m physical distance.

WHERE CAN I FIND HELP WITH THE CHURCH WEBSITE OR APP?

HOW CAN I VIEW "CHURCH ONLINE"?

To view our Church Online, click the Church Online tab on our website or view via our Belconnen Facebook page or LifeUC YouTube channel.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SING DURING THE SERVICE?

Yes, you will be able to sing during the service.

AM I GOING TO BE ABLE TO SOCIALISE BEFORE & AFTER THE SERVICE?

Yes, if you are maintaining the mandatory 1.5m physical distance between people of different households you may gather before and after the service.

WHAT IF I CAN'T WATCH AT THE SCHEDULED CHURCH ONLINE SERVICE TIMES??

All recent our Sunday Services are available to watch on Demand under the Church Online tab and all our services are available on our LifeUC YouTube Channel.

I NEED PRAYER OR WOULD LIKE TO SHARE A PRAISE REPORT. HOW CAN I SEND THAT IN??

We believe in the power of prayer and One who answers our prayer - Jesus. We are also a Church family who prays for each other and for you.

Each week our teams will be praying for all Prayer Requests & celebrating all Praise Reports that come through via the all our various online platforms. Allow us to support you in prayer. When your breakthrough comes, we want to celebrate with you. Click the tab called "PRAYER" to submit an online Prayer & Praise Report.

WILL WE STILL SHARE IN COMMUNION?

Yes, we will be sharing communion as a church family on a regular basis and provide individually wrapped elements.

If you are joining us from Church Online, we would encourage you to buy your own elements and join us as we share together. We will advise ahead of time when we are doing it so you can prepare.

IN TERMS OF GIVING, CAN I STILL GIVE IN CASH?

Due to the nature of our Church moving online, we moved giving online for your convenience. We offer online giving facilities for Tithes, Offerings and Missions. These can be done via our website and LifeUC app.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE A COFFEE / BEVERAGE FROM THE CHURCH CAFE?

Yes, you will be able to purchase a coffee from the Church Café before and after the morning services.

WILL KIDSLIFE BE RUNNING?

YES! KidsLife will be running onsite at our Belconnen campus. Our Heroes and Champs program (ages 1-4) will be running as well as our K-6 program. We are so excited to see you all!

ARE THERE CHANGES TO KIDSLIFE CHECK IN / CHECK OUT?

You can expect changes to our check in and out processes in line with our COVIDSafe Plan. During the check in process we will require all adults to socially distance as our team members check your family in and orientate you to our new drop off zones. Upon pick up, our team will assist you in signing out your child/ren and also ask that you continue to practice social distancing. We ask for your patience as this process may take longer than previously.

WHAT COVID-19 MEASURES HAVE BEEN PUT INTO PLACE FOR OUR CHILDREN?

The health and safety of our families and team is our utmost priority. Our leaders have completed COVIDSafe training.

All toys and surfaces are regularly disinfected and cleaned in line with our COVIDSafe plan.

WILL THERE BE FOOD SERVED AT KIDSLFE?

In this season we will not be serving food in our Kidslife programs.
